When Grayson’s mama reached out to book his newborn session, I was so excited! She was the beloved first grade teacher of both of my older two kiddos, and since she had moved away it had been a few years since I’d seen her and her family. I photographed Grayson’s big sis as a newborn as well, so it was extra fun to get to see her now that she’s so grown up.

I was so excited when Grant’s mama got in touch with me to book his newborn photo session! I’ve also had the privilege of photographing both of his handsome brothers as newborns (and beyond), and it has been so fun watching this family grow.

This past fall I was SO excited to have several opportunities to photograph the brand new little siblings of some of my past newborn clients. I’ve said it a million times, but it is just my favorite thing to watch these sweet babies grow, and to get to watch families grow is amazing too! Here are some of my favorite shots from Jude’s newborn session (with a special guest appearance by Lucy, hehe).

I was sworn to secrecy as Ben’s mom wanted to keep his newborn photos under wraps until after the holidays since she was using them as gifts for family. It was so hard not sharing these as they’re some of my favorite newborn shots ever!

From the time I was contacted by a friend of this mama’s shortly before her baby shower, I couldn’t wait for Liam’s newborn session! This friend arranged for a gift certificate for newborn photos…talk about the perfect baby gift, right? It was nice catching up with Liam’s parents, who I knew from high school but hadn’t seen in forever. And as if this session wasn’t great enough already, Liam wins an award for the smiliest baby EVER. Just adorable!
